Kenny Smith Jr.
I am the job coach/recruiter for the Empowering Fathers Program. My role is to assist fathers with securing employment and support in the creation and modification of resumes and prepare our fathers for job interviews. In addition, I connect our fathers to our employment partners and I serve as the liaison between the employers, and the fathers. My goal is to help our fathers to find employment and/or training efficiently and effectively.

Roderick Baker
I serve as an advocate, mentor and support system for fathers. Walking alongside fathers helping to navigate through various concerns ranging from resource needs; food referrals, housing, employment obtainment. Assists with informing fathers of the right departments and people that can help as it relates to child custody, modification possibilities and visitation.

I serve as an advocate, mentor and support system for fathers. I assist fathers relative to employment services, child support orders, custody & visitation, and overall quality of life. Oversees and coordinates daily operations. Maintains compliance with external regulations and internal policies. Assess and report progress in meeting department objectives.
